What is an
experiencer?
Experiencers are ordinary people who have faced extraordinary, unexplainable events. These moments often leave individuals struggling to reconcile what they’ve witnessed with a world that may dismiss or stigmatize such experiences. Many experiencers feel isolated, unable to share their truths with family and friends. This sense of alienation can lead to feelings of confusion, dejection, and even hopelessness.
Why a
nature center?
We've been running support groups for experiencers for over 3.5 years and we’ve observed a profound need: a dedicated space in nature where experiencers can ground and hone their sensitivity and discernment with other experiencers in a non-judgmental, energetically supportive environment. These connections can help people feel seen, validated, and whole again.
We made the first important step:
We secured the land!
We’ve taken a bold step toward addressing this need. After 2.5 years of searching, we’ve secured 40+ breathtaking acres in the Pacific Northwest. This land is a sanctuary—a vibrant tapestry of river, creek, meadow, mountain, and forest—designed to help experiencers disconnect from daily life, reconnect with nature, and find solace in community.
The journey to discovering this land is woven with remarkable synchronicities, each pointing to the unique and extraordinary nature of this place. From chance encounters to perfectly timed opportunities, every step in finding this land feels like it was guided by something greater. These serendipitous moments not only highlight the land's inherent magic but also deepen the sense of connection and purpose it inspires. Sharing the story of how this special place was uncovered reveals why it holds such profound meaning and why it feels destined to be a sanctuary for those who come here.

About us
We’re Chris and Reebs, experiencers who are dedicating our lives to building safe spaces for others like us. Over the past three years, we’ve organized and led both virtual and in-person support groups for experiencers.
Chris holds a leadership role within the Experiencer Network which provides one-on-one virtual support and fosters digital spaces where experiencers can share their stories and find community. Recognizing the profound need for in-person connections, Chris and Reebs launched a project to establish local support groups in major U.S. cities by developing a system to empower and guide others in creating and leading their own local in-person experiencer support groups, extending the reach and impact of this vital work.
Our new mission—a physical retreat and intentional community—is the natural next step in our journey. This is our calling, and we’re following it boldly.

We’ve set up a GoFundMe for small donations, with every contribution going directly towards building new facilities. To ensure full transparency, all purchases made with donated funds will be recorded and shared publicly on this site.

We’re feeling overwhelmed by the costs of building the retreat we dream of, but we believe there’s help out there—and we’re hopeful someone can guide us. We’re looking for individuals with experience in grant writing and fundraising to help us find the resources we need to bring our vision to life. Accounting and tax advice
We have so many questions about setting up a business entity and understanding what that means for taxes. Honestly, we feel like we need guidance in this area before we can even take the first steps. We’re looking for someone with experience in accounting and tax advice who can help us navigate these complexities. We know there’s so much we don’t know, and we’d be incredibly grateful for your insights to help us start on the right path. If you’re willing to share your expertise, we’d truly appreciate your support!
Construction and trades
We know the best way to save money is to build the cabins ourselves, but we’re complete beginners when it comes to construction. We’re doing our best to learn, but we could really use some guidance and support. If you have expertise in construction or trades like plumbing, electrical work, or excavation, we’d be so grateful for your help. That said, you don’t need to be an expert—if you’re willing to lend a hand and help with lifting, building, or just being part of the process, we’d love to have you.
We invite you to camp or stay in simple accommodations, like an RV, while helping us build small cabins, domes, and a bathhouse. In return, we’d be delighted to share our peaceful space with you and offer homecooked meals as a heartfelt thank-you. If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, we’d be thrilled to have you join us!
